- •As a highly motivated Sales Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of financing advisors supporting German SMEs with their financing needs.
- •This role is crucial for increasing team performance, achieving revenue targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- •Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for, monitor, and steer team KPIs, pipeline activities, and deal progress to achieve revenue targets.
- •Ensure your team maximizes conversion by leveraging all available financing products from our partners.
- •Build, lead, mentor, and develop your team of SME financing advisors to meet and exceed performance goals.
- •Foster a high-performance sales culture, acting as a role model and demonstrating resilience.
- •Coach, provide feedback, and offer appropriate training to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
- •Requirements At least 2 years of direct leadership experience of a team, preferably in the German or another German-speaking market.
- •At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role within the financial services sector, ideally in financing, lending, or credit brokerage.
- •Native-level German and fluent English are a must.
- •Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue-based targets.
