TL;DR
Lead Treasury policy and Flow of Funds documentation, ensuring robust governance and operational efficiency.
- •As the Lead, Treasury Policy & Procedures, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining Tide's Treasury policy framework and end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation across all products, legal entities, and funding structures.
- •This role ensures robust governance and clear operating processes that meet regulatory expectations while supporting product innovation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and develop the Treasury policy framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
- •Lead the design, preparation, and maintenance of end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation for all products and legal entities.
- •Partner with Product Managers to integrate Treasury requirements into product design and ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- •Build strong relationships across Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to influence stakeholders and drive high-quality outcomes.
- •Requirements Significant Treasury experience in fintech, digital banking, or retail banking.
- •Strong understanding of payment flows, safeguarding, liquidity management, and Treasury operations.
- •Proven experience in developing Treasury policies, governance frameworks, or operational procedures.
- •Demonstrable experience producing and maintaining Flow of Funds documentation.
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
