- •Thesis is seeking a Digital Product Designer to own the visual identity of their e-commerce storefront.
- •This role involves taking ideas from concept to live execution, focusing on conversion-driven UX and applying brand systems across digital surfaces.
- •Key Responsibilities Own design end to end across digital surfaces, from wireframe through production-ready design.
- •Partner with the Digital Product Manager to co-own the CRO and experimentation program.
- •Translate brand identity into digital execution and build the design system.
- •Design direct response assets that convert, including landing pages and quiz flows.
- •Use data as a design input and help shape AI usage in creative work.
- •Requirements 6+ years designing digital product or ecommerce experiences with real DTC time.
- •Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a strong point of view.
- •Talent for data and science translation into persuasive visuals.
- •Direct response instinct and experience with CRO programs.
- •AI fluency in practice with tools like Claude, Figma AI, or Midjourney.
