TL;DR
Leads maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of building infrastructure and equipment.
- •The Maintenance Manager leads a team of facilities coordinators and maintenance technicians, ensuring peak performance of building infrastructure and equipment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of facilities coordinators and maintenance technicians.
- •Coordinate with outside service providers for equipment maintenance.
- •Implement TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA regulations.
- •Utilize CMMS platforms and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years of progressive maintenance experience. 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- •Hands-on expertise in building mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
- •Strong background in TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
- •Knowledgeable in CMMS platforms, OSHA, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
