- •Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Materials Manager to join our dynamic team.
- •Reporting to the Sr.
- •Director of Manufacturing Operations, the Materials Manager will lead all material execution activities supporting manufacturing operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and coach supervisors and material operations teams across inventory control, material handling, warehousing, kitting, shipping/receiving, and logistics.
- •Build cross-functional capabilities and drive a culture of ownership, teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- •Own enterprise inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions, leveraging D365.
- •Ensure strong financial controls by partnering with Finance on inventory valuation, reporting, month-end close, adjustments, audits, and process improvements.
- •Oversee material flow and kitting operations to ensure complete, accurate, and on-time production support.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred. 7+ years’ progressive experience in materials/warehouse/inventory or manufacturing operations; 3+ years managing exempt and non-exempt teams.
- •Experience in aerospace, defense, high-tech, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
- •Strong ERP knowledge (D365 strongly preferred); expertise in cycle counting, inventory controls, and financial inventory reporting.
- •Demonstrated Lean/CI capability and success driving cross-functional change.
