About the role
TL;DR
Design and ship products for global transaction banking solutions.
- •Tensec is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design and ship the products our customers actually touch.
- •Key Responsibilities Own features end to end
- •from discovery and design through development, launch, and iteration.
- •Build across the stack: responsive, intuitive frontends and the secure, reliable backends and infrastructure behind them.
- •Partner closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams to translate vision into shipped product.
- •Prototype quickly to validate ideas, then harden the winners into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- •Write clean, reliable, well-tested, well-documented code, and define best practices for development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience, with hands-on full-stack delivery
- •modern frontend frameworks plus API development and database design.
- •A track record of shipping products to real end users and iterating based on their feedback.
- •Proven experience with popular frameworks; React and Node.js (or comparable) a plus.
- •Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- •Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.
