- •Key Responsibilities Work closely with Product and Design Leaders to build performant and beautiful experiences.
- •Empathize with multiple user personas to channel their perspectives into building product surfaces.
- •Drive architecture decisions for our complex React app.
- •Take ownership over visual quality and execute pixel-perfect designs.
- •Embrace a founder's mindset, driving projects from conception to completion.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end development, or full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and familiarity with React and TypeScript.
- •Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimizations and accessibility principles.
- •Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- •Passion for great design and user experience.
- •Experience utilizing AI tools for prototyping, efficiency, etc.
