- •Tennr is seeking a Product Operations Associate to manage the daily operations of one of their products, collaborating closely with Product, Product Operations, and Engineering teams.
- •This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role within a fast-paced environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Prioritize and assign work, ensuring clear status updates to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
- •Train and support a growing team, acting as a first point of contact for questions and coaching on quality and turnaround.
- •Analyze customer data to identify gaps in Tennr's current offerings and advocate for expansion.
- •Translate customer insights and data into product roadmap features and file tickets for engineering.
- •Perform detailed operational work as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
- •Document processes to create a scalable playbook.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, healthcare operations, or finance.
- •Exceptional attention to detail, identifying small issues before they become significant problems.
- •Proficiency with dashboards, spreadsheets, and handling complex data.
- •A self-starter who can independently problem-solve unfamiliar challenges.
- •Ability to remain calm and resourceful in chaotic situations, keeping operations running smoothly.
- •Discretion and sound judgment, with comfort navigating payer portals and other systems.
