- •Tempo is looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer to help us turn AI product development into short-form videos people actually want to watch.
- •Key Responsibilities Own videos from idea to final cut Turn raw footage, screen recordings, streams, and interviews into short-form content Create edits for social, launches, product moments, and ads Move fast from rough cut to feedback to final delivery Add motion, polish, pacing, music, captions, and structure Keep every video on-brand and high-quality Requirements A strong eye for pacing, rhythm, story, and visual taste Comfortable with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools Fast with new tools, especially AI, motion, and design tools Interested in startups, AI, software, and the tools people use to build products Strong communication skills High ownership.
- •You do not wait around or need constant hand-holding Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment Fluent English, written and spoken
