- •Tekion is seeking a highly technical, strategic, and creative Web Architect/PM to own our Tekion.com digital web presence.
- •This role will bridge technical execution with business goals, overseeing delivery to optimize performance and user experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect complex sites, structuring CMS collections and dynamic content models for maximum scalability.
- •Lead delivery and coordinate with cross-functional teams as PM for pixel-perfect and accessible web experiences.
- •Implement custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) to add advanced interactions and functionality.
- •Connect CMS to the tech stack, including Marketing Automation and AI tools.
- •Optimize site architecture, schema markup, and meta tags for search engine ranking and AI indexing.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in CMS (preferably Webflow) development.
- •Expertise in Front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- •Strong SEO/AEO experience and knowledge of site architecture's impact on crawling and indexing.
- •Figma fluency and ability to move between design tools and live builds seamlessly.
- •Technical acumen to partner with engineering on system architecture and API integrations.
