About the role
TL;DR
Build and operate AI-native platform components for LLM and classical ML models.
- •This role powers Tekion’s AI-native platform by transforming dealership data into real-time intelligence.
- •You will operationalize a graph-based contextual ecosystem and build the control layer for LLM usage.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and run the LLM control plane/gateway.
- •Own the agent runtime and design orchestration patterns.
- •Enable platform components for classical ML and deep models.
- •Monitor model and data drift, retraining models as needed.
- •Serve real-time context to agents and power retrieval with hybrid search.
- •Requirements 8+ years building large-scale data/ML or platform systems.
- •Production experience with Python plus one of Java/Scala/Go.
- •MLOps at scale experience.
- •Cloud and containers experience (AWS, Docker/Kubernetes).
- •Practical ML knowledge and experience deploying models.
