- •Tekion is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation in its Post-Sales Platform and AI Automation initiatives.
- •This role involves owning the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering, and leveraging data to enhance customer experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute the product roadmap for post-sales initiatives.
- •Conduct discovery with stakeholders to identify pain points and translate insights into product requirements.
- •Drive AI agent deployment for automation in post-sales workflows.
- •Collaborate closely with engineering teams on feature development and delivery.
- •Define and monitor product KPIs using data and analytics tools.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with exposure to post-sales tooling.
- •Working understanding of post-sales workflows (PS, CS, Support).
- •Strong technical acumen and ability to partner with engineering on system architecture and data flows.
- •Proven track record of driving product features end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
- •Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce for product management.
