About the role
TL;DR
Builds and operates AI agent workflows and data pipelines for Go-to-Market teams.
- •Tekion is seeking a Director of GTM Engineering to build and operate the data pipelines, AI agent deployments, and automated workflows that power their Go-to-Market teams.
- •This role is crucial for scaling AI-assisted GTM motions and enhancing the productivity of distribution, sales, and CS teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deploy AI agent workflows for lead enrichment, outbound personalization, and campaign QA.
- •Architect and optimize the GTM tech stack, including integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Databricks.
- •Automate repetitive GTM workflows using agent-driven or rule-based systems.
- •Evaluate and QA deployed agents, monitoring output quality and impact on conversion rates.
- •Requirements 5-8 years in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales operations with a strong technical/builder orientation.
- •Proven experience building automation workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, or Zapier.
- •Deep fluency in AI agent frameworks and production GTM workflows.
- •Strong data engineering instincts with comfort in SQL, API integrations, and data pipelines.
