About the role
TL;DR
Senior Accountant to manage disbursement accounting and international statutory processes.
- •The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing the accurate, complete, and timely management of the organization's core disbursement accounting processes and international accounting statutory processes.
- •This includes comprehensive management and accounting for procure-to-pay (P2P), employee expenses, fixed and intangible assets, and software capitalization.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise an offshore team of 3 contractors to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- •Oversee the full procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, including vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- •Manage the end-to-end employee expense reporting and reimbursement process.
- •Own reconciling disbursement-related accounts, including fixed assets, intangible assets, A/P, and accrued expenses.
- •Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close processes for disbursement-related entries and reconciliations.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting function including AP supervisory experience.
- •Knowledgeable of UK and Polish accounting principles and rules.
- •Proven experience overseeing P2P processes and supervising a team.
- •Experience with Netsuite, Ramp, Tipalti, and Slack is advantageous.
