- •This is a hybrid role combining project delivery, customer onboarding, and commercial support.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and implementation projects for municipal social services customers.
- •Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping teams adopt new ways of working.
- •Tailor Tandem’s product setup, workflows, and templates to customer needs.
- •Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.
- •Support the Sales team in strategic customer conversations and demos.
- •Requirements Qualified Social Worker / Socialsekreterare with experience in social services.
- •Tech-savvy and curious about how digital tools can improve social work.
- •Strong project management skills and commercial mindset.
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- •Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English.
