- •Talkiatry is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build foundational AI capabilities for mental healthcare.
- •You will work across the AI lifecycle, from prototyping to production, developing backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and internal tools to make AI useful, trustworthy, and actionable.
- •Key Responsibilities Build frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data flows for AI capabilities.
- •Develop and iterate on agentic systems for healthcare problem-solving.
- •Implement RAG pipelines, ingestion workflows, and semantic search.
- •Establish evaluation frameworks, automated tests, and quality metrics for AI systems.
- •Implement safety guardrails, fallback flows, and monitoring for production AI systems.
- •Requirements 2+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems. 1+ year of experience building with LLMs, agentic AI, or production AI systems.
- •Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- •Experience with modern frontend or full-stack development (e.g., React, Next.js).
- •Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and RAG systems.
