- •We are seeking a General Manager (GM) / Director of Clinical Operations, Therapy to oversee and optimize the day-to-day clinical operations of our telehealth psychotherapy services.
- •Key Responsibilities Support a team of therapists to ensure high standards of care and productivity.
- •Deploy clinical policies and procedures that align with our mission and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- •Collaborate with the Senior Director and National Psychotherapy Director to develop strategic plans for clinical growth and expansion.

- •Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards of practice.
- •Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills.
- •Experience managing and scaling a large team of therapists across various states.
- •Ability to interpret performance and quantitative data.
- •Experience in running projects to improve experience and care quality.
- •Passion for running a business and supporting clinicians to be successful in serving mental health needs.
