TL;DR
Lead engineering teams and set quality standards across the organization.
- •Lead a critical slice of our practice and raise the quality bar across our entire application engineering org.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee two teams, with a third team likely added next year.
- •Own the QA and Product Support functions for all application teams.
- •Lead through your managers, coaching, training, and developing the next generation of engineering leaders and senior ICs.
- •Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience. 4+ years of engineering management experience, including experience managing managers or leading multiple teams.
- •Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript (bonus: Next.js), and AWS.
