About the role
TL;DR
Designing how humans work with AI agents in procurement.
Key Responsibilities Own real product work end-to-end for features that ship to paying customers within weeks Design alongside agentic capabilities: how agents surface their work, how humans review it, how trust gets built between the two Build prototypes in Figma, in code, with AI tools, whatever communicates the idea fastest and best Get your hands dirty in the codebase for last-mile polish Raise the visual and interaction bar across the product as engineering velocity scales 10x Requirements 0-2 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work, ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products Strong instinct for visual and interaction design Understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle and value of cross-functional alignment Experience with AI tools for ideation, prototyping, research, and getting to the answer faster Ability to think in systems, not just single screens Comfort operating with ambiguity Ability to ship quality work
