- •Symbiotic is building the infrastructure for collateral markets, enabling capital to secure financial obligations and remain productive.
- •This role will own visual output across brand, campaigns, web, and social, translating complex financial infrastructure into understandable visuals.
- •Key Responsibilities Own visual output across brand, campaigns, web, and social, from concept to shipped asset.
- •Turn complex financial infrastructure and products into things people can actually see and understand.
- •Set and hold the visual system as we scale, ensuring consistent and recognizable output.
- •Support event and content collateral, preparing high-impact visuals for conferences, whitepapers, and blogs.
- •Optimize assets for Web3 platforms, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to crypto-specific trends.
- •Requirements Fast and good execution with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work under time pressure.
- •Deep expertise in one or two design areas (brand, motion, or 3D) with competence across others.
- •Self-directed with the ability to scope, sequence, and drive projects independently.
- •A proactive approach, pitching directions rather than asking for permission.
- •Openness to direct and transparent feedback in a fast-paced environment.
