- •Lead the Engineering Payments team in Brazil, accelerating execution and establishing strong authority on payments-related topics.
- •You will drive the evolution of Swile's payments ecosystem, ensuring reliable, scalable, and business-critical solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on payments.
- •Drive efficient execution and delivery across the Payments domain with quality and predictability.
- •Act as the primary payments subject matter expert and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders.
- •Strengthen collaboration between Engineering and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.
- •Support the evolution of payments strategy, architecture, and systems for future growth.
- •Requirements Strong software engineering background with experience building scalable systems.
- •Deep expertise in payments, including designing, building, and scaling payment systems.
- •Proven experience leading engineering teams while remaining close to technical decision-making.
- •Fluent in English (C1-C2).
- •Comfortable working in an office-first environment (hybrid model, São Paulo office).
