About the role
TL;DR
Product Lead to own Supercell's proprietary game engine, Titan, as a product.
- •As a Product Lead, you will define the product strategy for the entire Titan product, own the Titan-level roadmap, and ensure a deep understanding of game and partner teams needs.
- •You will be part of the Titan leadership team, focused on building the product craft for Titan.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive Titan's vision, strategy, and product management framework.
- •Translate Supercell's game development ambitions into a strategic direction for Titan.
- •Build and own the single Titan-level roadmap.
- •Be the main point of contact for game and partner teams on overall Titan level needs.
- •Communicate Titan's strategy and roadmap across the organization.
- •Requirements Extensive product management background with a proven track record of owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex, multi-team product or platform.
- •Experience leading product and shaping a product function.
- •Deep technical savviness and background from tech.
- •Ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
- •AI fluency and a strong point of view on how AI can influence development workflows.
