Manage and scale developer community events and industry programs globally.
- •Supabase is seeking an Event Programs Manager to scale developer community initiatives and industry event programs, fostering connections between Supabase, developers, and the broader ecosystem through meetups, workshops, and hackathons.
- •Key Responsibilities Scale Supabase developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons globally.
- •Coordinate community events around major industry events and product launches.
- •Support programming for Supabase Select and the SupaSquad advocate network.
- •Build playbooks and frameworks for community and ecosystem programs.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event logistics and execution.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years in field marketing, developer marketing, community programs, or partner marketing.
- •Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences.
- •Strong project management and organizational skills.
- •Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and working remotely and independently.
- •Willing to travel for events as needed.
