- •We’re looking for an EngProd Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team and own the engineering experience from local setup to production deploy.
- •You’ll build and integrate the tools our engineers rely on every day.
- •Key Responsibilities Improve local development and the daily workflow, ensuring stability and reproducibility.
- •Speed up build, test, and CI pipelines by optimizing performance and hunting bottlenecks.
- •Integrate and optimize AI coding agents and assistants for real leverage.
- •Drive engineering excellence by championing best practices and tracking productivity metrics.
- •Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on developer productivity, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- •Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Python, Rust, and shell for building internal tools.
- •Experience with CI/CD systems, local development environments, containerization, and AI-assisted development tools.
- •Experience with test infrastructure, code review tooling, monorepo tooling, and developer productivity metrics.
