- •Your mission is to bridge the gap between data and business decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Turn complex Payments metrics into clear, decision-ready narratives for non-expert stakeholders.
- •Streamline our Tableau environment so core stakeholders can answer "How are we doing?" in under 2 minutes.
- •Iterate on our KPI hierarchy, defining North Star vs. diagnostic metrics.
- •Proactively surface opportunities and risks, shaping experiments and product priorities.
- •Establish templates and standards for dashboard structure, naming, and annotations.
- •Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (or equivalent) and a portfolio of work simplifying complex data views.
- •Understand that a dashboard is a "product" with an audience, a primary question, and a cognitive load. 3+ years of experience in BI or Product Analytics, with solid SQL skills.
- •Experience selecting and refining metrics, avoiding vanity metrics, and aligning data to business goals.
- •Ideally, experience with A/B testing, causal measurement, or event-tracking platforms.
