- •Lead a team of Implementation Specialists to provide technical guidance and ensure successful user implementations with Stripe, addressing technical queries and troubleshooting issues.
- •Key Responsibilities Hire, lead, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists.
- •Oversee project delivery, monitoring health, quality, and SLA compliance.
- •Manage team capacity, project assignments, and resource allocation.
- •Coordinate escalations across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services.
