- •Street Group is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the user experience of agentic AI within their PropTech products, Cortex, Street, and Spectre.
- •This role involves defining a new product category and driving design strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Shape the UX of agentic AI, focusing on agency workflows and user trust.
- •Design across the entire product suite, including valuation, prospecting, marketing, and property management.
- •Define patterns for the emerging agentic UX category in property.
- •Set the craft bar through high-quality design output and rapid iteration.
- •Prototype, test, and ship at pace, gathering feedback from real users.
- •Requirements Proven experience designing, prototyping, or shipping multi-step, tool-using agents.
- •A strong point of view on agentic UX, including trust, transparency, and control.
- •Ability to stay current with the rapidly evolving AI field.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and driving direction in undefined problem spaces.
- •Commercial fluency to make design trade-offs informed by product performance.
