- •Staffbase is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Hybrid Search product end-to-end.
- •This role is crucial for evolving Staffbase's AI-native Employee Experience Platform, focusing on next-generation search intelligence and an AI assistant.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the transition from GA release to the next phase of Hybrid Search, incorporating customer feedback and defining roadmap direction.
- •Establish success metrics for search, balancing technical performance with user value.
- •Expand search coverage to include video subtitle indexing, richer content types, and deeper platform integrations.
- •Drive improvements in search re-ranking and relevance quality as the product matures.
- •Define what it means for an employee to find the right information at the right time from any device.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to search, information retrieval, or AI/ML-powered products.
- •B2B SaaS background, understanding enterprise customers and integrations.
- •Demonstrated ability to work on technically complex products while keeping user needs central.
- •Technically fluent, understanding search infrastructure, indexing, and ranking.
- •User-oriented, tying performance metrics back to end-user value.
