- •We design Spotify's consumer experience across every screen, platform, and partner integration, making listening feel effortless, personal, and joyful.
- •The Platform & Partner Experience (PPX) team shapes how Spotify appears across devices and partner ecosystems, building foundations for seamless integrations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical strategy, architecture, and development for systems enabling partner and platform experiences.
- •Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and systems.
- •Unify fragmented approaches, retire duplicative systems, and establish standards.
- •Shape how AI transforms the software development lifecycle and pioneer AI-native workflows.
- •Requirements Deep experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
- •Strong track record of technical leadership and influencing architecture decisions.
- •Ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous problem spaces and identify leverage points.
- •Active exploration of how AI reshapes software development.
