About the role
TL;DR
Build and operate secure enterprise AI platform capabilities connecting AI models and internal systems.
- •The Enterprise AI team builds and operates the internal AI platform layer that supports Spotifiers across the company, evolving AI tooling into reliable infrastructure.
- •We build the connective tissue between AI models and Spotify’s internal systems, focusing on secure access, governance, identity, integrations, and dependable AI infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and operate secure enterprise AI platform capabilities.
- •Own major workstreams across our enterprise AI infrastructure.
- •Build reliable backend services, APIs, and integrations for AI-powered experiences.
- •Develop scalable approaches to AI governance, including identity-aware access and risk management.
- •Design, build, test, and evaluate agentic systems and workflows.
- •Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building reliable backend systems.
- •Experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
- •Understanding of software architecture and how services, APIs, and tools fit together.
- •Experience with identity and authentication concepts (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
- •Experience with cloud infrastructure, familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is valuable.
