About the role
TL;DR
Lead a team of SREs to ensure the reliability and performance of SonarQube Cloud and Server.
- •As a Site Reliability Engineering Lead at SonarSource, you will guide a team of Cloud and SRE engineers, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of SonarQube Cloud and Server.
- •You will drive automation, manage operational workloads, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Cloud and Site Reliability Engineers.
- •Ensure system reliability, performance, and security with high engineering standards.
- •Manage operational workload, including on-call health, incident response, and automation.
- •Foster a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and blameless post-mortems.
- •Collaborate with other squads to meet production platform needs and maintain governance.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- •Deep understanding of DevOps/SRE mindset and managing mission-critical shared services.
- •Advanced knowledge of AWS and experience managing organizational-scale infrastructure.
- •Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Python, CDK, Terraform) and rigorous code reviews.
- •Proven experience defining observability patterns and designing Disaster Recovery strategies.
