About the role
TL;DR
Manage a Cloud Platform & Operations engineering team, ensuring reliability and security.
- •Lead and manage a team of Cloud Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers, focusing on system reliability, performance, and security for SonarQube Cloud and Server.
- •Drive the evolution of the production platform to meet developer needs while maintaining governance.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Cloud and SRE Engineers.
- •Ensure high engineering standards for system reliability, performance, and security.
- •Manage operational workload, including incident response and automation.
- •Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- •Collaborate with other teams to ensure the production platform meets needs.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- •Deep understanding of DevOps/SRE mindset and managing mission-critical shared services.
- •Advanced knowledge of AWS and experience managing organizational-scale infrastructure.
- •Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Python, CDK, Terraform) and code reviews.
- •Proven experience with observability patterns and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity strategies.
