- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced products for post-training models to power agentic coding practices.
- •Collaborate with researchers and engineers to iterate on prototypes and develop cutting-edge products.
- •Contribute ideas and drive the next generation of coding model post-training for enterprises.
- •Stay updated on LLM and agentic developments, explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- •Requirements Advanced academic background (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field. 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning with solid software engineering practices.
- •Fluency in Python; experience with Rust or SonarQube's flagship languages is a plus.
- •Expertise in LLM post-training techniques including policy optimization, RLVR, SFT, data-centric AI, PEFT, and preference/safety alignment.
- •Proven experience driving research projects from inception to product delivery.
- •Excellent English communication skills for explaining complex scientific topics.
