- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced products for post-training models to power agentic coding practices.
- •Collaborate with researchers and engineers to iterate on proofs-of-concept and develop successful prototypes into products.
- •Contribute ideas and drive discussions on the next generation of coding model post-training for enterprises.
- •Stay updated on LLM and agentic developments, explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- •Requirements Advanced academic background (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning with a solid understanding of modern software engineering practices.
- •Fluency in Python, with experience in core ML frameworks.
- •Expertise in post-training of large language models, including policy optimization, verifier-based RL, SFT, data-centric AI, PEFT, and preference/safety alignment.
- •Experience driving research projects from inception to product delivery.
