TL;DR
Build scalable backend systems for identity verification and fraud prevention.
- •Socure is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their global engineering team.
- •You will build scalable, reliable backend systems for identity verification and fraud prevention products.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
- •Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable application-layer systems.
- •Work on distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and fault tolerance.
- •Improve performance, reliability, and engineering standards.
- •Participate in technical design, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
- •Requirements 2–4 years of backend software engineering experience.
- •Strong coding skills in Go, Java, or a similar backend language.
- •Solid computer science fundamentals.
- •Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven systems.
- •Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
