About the role
TL;DR
Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows for enterprise customers.
- •Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy.
- •As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help move AI-assisted workflows from promising ideas to trusted production systems, working directly with large strategic customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Build with strategic customers and partners to understand their workflows and pain points.
- •Own deployments from prototype to production, including discovery, design, build, and integration.
- •Translate complex operations into working AI-assisted RiskOS workflows.
- •Evaluate and improve agentic workflows, proving measurable customer value.
- •Surface product gaps and repeatable patterns to inform product development.
- •Requirements Strong hands-on technical ability in building practical solutions across APIs, integrations, and production systems.
- •End-to-end ownership experience, taking ambiguous problems from discovery to production.
- •Customer-facing problem-solving experience with enterprise customers or partners.
- •Product-minded engineering judgment and systems thinking. 4+ years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar roles, with experience in Python, SQL, APIs, cloud services, or LLM workflows.
