About the role
TL;DR
Define and build Snowflake's Identity and Access Management platform for the AI era.
- •Snowflake is seeking a hands-on Product Leader to define and build the foundational trust layer for their platform, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) for the agentic enterprise era.
- •This role is strategic, intersecting product, engineering, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Snowflake’s IAM ecosystem.
- •Architect IAM features enabling secure access for autonomous agents and simplifying user experiences.
- •Partner with engineering teams to drive alignment across a broad technical organization.
- •Act as a respected leader, establishing product values and mentoring junior PMs.
- •Requirements 10+ years of technical product management experience in IAM, cloud platform infrastructure, or enterprise security.
- •Proven background in hyperscale platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Okta).
- •Deep familiarity with AI ecosystems and their access/governance challenges.
- •Track record of taking ambiguous infrastructure initiatives from concept to global deployment.
- •Ability to engage with elite technical leaders and translate complex security concepts into product architecture.
