- •We are seeking a Sr.
- •Principal, Product Manager to own the agentic and platform capabilities of the Conduct platform.
- •This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on setting product direction and execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and roadmap for agentic and platform capabilities, including API, MCP, and headless workflow surfaces.
- •Define the API surface as product, treating programmatic contracts as product decisions.
- •Build the extensibility model for customers and agentic systems to build on the platform.
- •Own non-functional requirements as first-class product requirements, including scale, performance, reliability, and security.
- •Define product requirements for agentic workflows and ensure their actions are explainable and defensible.
- •Requirements 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping enterprise-scale products.
- •Demonstrated API and platform product ownership, defining and owning developer-facing surfaces.
- •Demonstrated non-functional requirements ownership for scale, performance, reliability, or security.
- •Experience building for both human and programmatic or agentic consumers.
- •Experience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated industries.
