- •SIXGEN is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to simulate real-world cyberattacks and assess security controls for government and critical infrastructure organizations.
- •You will work with a team of skilled operators to uncover vulnerabilities and protect vital systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Simulate cyberattacks using adversary TTPs.
- •Conduct reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation activities.
- •Develop and use custom tools for evasion and stealth.
- •Collaborate with blue and purple teams.
- •Document findings and deliver actionable reports.
- •Requirements Minimum 6 years of hands-on red team or offensive cyber operations experience, plus 2 years leading operations.
- •CRTO certification.
- •Experience with cloud, hybrid, and Active Directory environments.
- •Proficiency in Windows and *NIX-based operating systems and networking concepts.
- •Experience building offensive capabilities with languages like C#, C, Python, PowerShell, Bash.
