TL;DR
Create engaging social-first video content from concept to delivery.
- •Sierra is seeking a creative and execution-focused Videographer & Editor to join their Brand Design team.
- •This role will produce fast, high-quality, social-native video content to drive engagement and growth for AI-powered customer experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Capture and edit short-form video optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
- •Partner with social and marketing leads to develop and capture recurring content series.
- •Develop strong hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling structures for retention.
- •Capture lifestyle and event photography for web, social, and campaign use.
- •Create lightweight graphic, meme, and motion-based content.
- •Requirements Deep understanding of platform-native content and audience behavior across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- •Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- •Experience shooting with both professional camera/lighting setups and lightweight/mobile production.
- •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Experience with motion graphics, lightweight design, meme culture, or photography is a plus.
