- •Key Responsibilities Own key brand-facing product surfaces like creator discovery, gifting, and campaign management.
- •Diagnose real problems from various organizational signals.
- •Shape creative solutions with clear flows and concrete proposals.
- •Ship product into production and monitor its performance.
- •Partner with Engineering, Design, UXR, and Data teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, shipping B2B or marketplace products.
- •Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
- •Strong design instinct and technical fluency.
- •Deep understanding of brand creator marketing, attribution, and ROI.
- •Experience in a fast-moving, small-team environment.
