TL;DR
Deploy and maintain AI solutions for insurance clients, focusing on fraud detection and data pipelines.
- •Shift delivers AI agents that transform insurers' most critical work.
- •This role is part of the Data Science team, focused on deploying advanced AI solutions to clients, managing data pipelines, and developing fraud detection models.
- •Key Responsibilities Implement Claim Fraud Detection (CFD) for new clients, focusing on ETL setup, detection implementation, and workflow automation.
- •Roll out new platform features to existing clients and drive continuous improvements across existing client environments.
- •Interact with internal and external stakeholders to define client roadmaps and report on solution performance.
- •Mentor more junior data scientists on the team.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in deployment engineering, data science, data engineering, or software engineering.
- •Strong background in an OOP language (C#, C/C++, Java) and SQL, writing maintainable, production-quality code.
- •AI-savvy with a clear understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data solutions.
- •Client-facing comfort and business acumen, eager to learn the insurance sector.
- •Fluency in English is a strict requirement.
