- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the AI platform for reliable software on top of non-deterministic models, including agentic workflows, prompt iteration, tools, and evals.
- •Develop AI-powered approval workflows that route based on natural language configurations.
- •Create an intelligent collections agent that autonomously handles late payment workflows based on natural language instructions.
- •Requirements Shipped LLM-based systems to real customers and understand production failures.
- •Designed agentic systems with informed views on building blocks like embeddings, memory, and tool use.
- •Built evals infrastructure and have a clear view of what good looks like.
- •Comfortable writing resilient software on top of non-deterministic models and have informed opinions on AI tooling.
- •Experience shipping production backend systems and caring about reliability.
