TL;DR
Senior Product Manager for Shipping Intelligence & Support Automation.
- •This role owns how Sendcloud turns shipping data and automation into fewer support tickets, more predictable deliveries, and a smoother experience for merchants and their customers.
- •As we push intelligence and AI deeper into the platform, the vision you set for Shipping Intelligence and Support Automation will shape how millions of parcels are tracked, explained, and resolved across Europe.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the vision and roadmap for Shipping Intelligence and Support Automation.
- •Lead continuous discovery through user interviews and data analysis to uncover smarter shipping tools and automated support workflows.
- •Drive business impact by improving delivery predictability and reducing support tickets per shipment.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Support.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS combined with shipping, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL).
- •Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects.
- •Experience conceptualizing and shipping features that leverage AI and machine learning.
- •Excellent communication in English.
