TL;DR
Deploy AI agents with customers and translate learnings into product direction.
- •You'll own the full arc from pilot to production for APAC customers deploying our AI Agent platform: designing agents, driving adoption, and converting real-world friction into product direction.
- •Key Responsibilities Deploy AI agents with real customers across APAC.
- •Turn learnings into product direction.
- •Work directly with customers to get AI agents live and deliver measurable outcomes.
- •Use AI tooling to move faster, learn faster, and build smarter.
- •Translate 'we need this to work better' into something engineering can build.
- •Requirements Comfortable with ambiguous problems and finding clear plans.
- •Strong opinions about what makes AI agents useful in production.
- •Comfortable saying 'I don't know yet' and reaching for AI tools before asking someone else.
- •Excited about frequent, sometimes last-minute travel to customer sites across APAC.
