- •Scopely is seeking a technically strong and process-adaptive QA Lead to join their Royal Lounge Casino team in Bangalore.
- •This role involves owning the end-to-end quality strategy for a cluster, ensuring high-confidence releases and a strong player experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and scale a high-performing QA team.
- •Define and drive test strategy, coverage, and risk-based validation approaches.
- •Champion a shift-left approach and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design.
- •Establish and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- •Drive automation and efficiency initiatives, including exploring AI-driven approaches.
- •Requirements 5+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a QA leadership or people-management role.
- •Proven ability to build, lead, mentor, and upskill QA teams.
- •Strong experience in team planning, task prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
- •Ability to balance strategic QA leadership with hands-on testing and release validation.
- •Deep familiarity with Jira, test management systems, defect management, and QA reporting tools.
