Support the growth of Runpod's cloud platform by addressing technical challenges and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- •As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work closely with customers to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical challenges.
- •You'll provide technical insights, guide onboarding, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the Runpod experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Participate in sales meetings and provide architectural recommendations.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues escalated by customers.
- •Utilize various tools to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
- •Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- •Assist the support team in troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical tickets.
- •Contribute to product development and testing efforts.
- •Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver training sessions.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- •Familiarity with applied AI use cases.
- •Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- •Located in US in the PST region Successful completion of a background check.
