- •Runna is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to directly support the Chief of Staff in making key strategic decisions, including growth investments, competitive positioning, and execution planning.
- •This role will also lead the quarterly OKR process and annual strategy planning.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead strategic projects like market sizing and competitive analysis.
- •Drive the quarterly OKR process and annual strategy planning.
- •Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance leads on strategic initiatives.
- •Develop concrete plans from strategic priorities with clear tracking.
- •Build analytical frameworks and dashboards for recurring business questions.
- •Requirements Strong analytical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- •Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- •High level of ownership and follow-through. 3-5 years in management consulting (MBB) is a plus.
- •Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or subscription/D2C models is a plus.
