- •Mission managers are the linchpin connecting Rune's engineering and product teams with military partners, ensuring solutions meet the rigorous demands of modern military logistics.
- •This role requires building trust-based relationships, translating operational needs into product strategies, and thriving in customer-facing roles.
- •Key Responsibilities Work with customers to understand challenges and shape product development.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development, and executive teams.
- •Support deployment of Rune software for testing and operational use.
- •Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and has a concrete impact.
- •Identify relevant datasets and work with engineers to integrate them into product delivery.
- •Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred.
- •Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
- •Willingness to travel 25-40%.
- •Bachelor's Degree required.
- •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
