- •We are seeking a seasoned technical leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings deep technical expertise to management.
- •Based out of our Palo Alto office, you will drive your team while collaborating closely with key partners and stakeholders across our teams in Bangalore and Seattle to foster a cohesive and inclusive team culture.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the roadmap and vision with key stakeholders Diagnose and resolve obstacles that block the team from delivering quality software Champion continuous improvement, a customer-first mindset, and engineering excellence Apply first-principles thinking to help the team work through complex technical problems Represent the customer's perspective, anticipate how they're impacted by what you build, and work to enable their success Requirements BS CS/EE or equivalent with 10+ years of industry experience, of which 3+ years is in Engineering Management.
- •Experience with SaaS enterprise software development built and delivered on any of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- •Experience running engineering storage, compute, and infrastructure teams that work on SaaS and On-prem enterprise platforms.
- •Deep understanding of distributed systems and file system architectures.
- •Experience hiring and developing teams within an existing organization to work side-by-side with other teams.
